Historically the stable blocks to The Old Rectory, the cottages have been recently refurbished to provide luxury holiday accommodation for up to 19 plus cots and are suitable for all types of holiday or short break, catering for everything from romantic weekends to family holidays.

All are fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard and operate on an ‘all inclusive basis’ i.e., no additional charges are made for electricity, heating oil, logs / firelighters, summer barbeque charcoal or duck feed.

Situated in beautiful unspoilt countryside between Exmoor and Dartmoor, it is approximately 10 minutes drive from the market town of South Molton, only approximately 35 minutes from the M5 motorway and close to numerous Devon attractions to suit all tastes and budgets.
