Established in 1984, Westcountry Meringues is a successful family business that continues to grow.

Rachel Alder, trading originally as Sugar & Spice, from her own kitchen, has perfected the most delicious, home-made style meringues. This winning recipe is a classic. All the meringues are individually hand piped ensuring they not only taste scrumptious, they look wonderful too. Perfect at any time of the year, they are ideal for quick and easy desserts.

October 2002 Anthony Gibson, South Western Director of the National Farmers Union opened the newly refurbished building in Eastleigh. A listed barn that has been converted into a new and very spacious premises in the heart of North Devon.

In keeping with Rachel's family owned business, Husband Chris, son Jamie and other full time staff are kept busy supplying a variety of outlets throughout the South West, plus through a network of distributors to the UK
