Welcome to Partridge and Pear Tree

We specialise in selling beautiful designer fabrics and trimmings at a fraction of their normal retail price. We have ends of lines (sometimes with very large quantities), seconds and clearance as well as some standard ranges. You can view our stock, ask for samples and order online. Click "here"

We have a wide range of fabrics and the choice is constantly changing, but at the moment we have silk reduced from £90 per metre from £10.00 per metre, very famous named linens reduced from £60-£136 per metre to £20 to £36 per metre as well as fabrics that normally retail at £20-30 per metre selling from around £10 a metre. We have a good range of Fabric and wallpaper sample books to choose from with most fabrics on next day delivery to anywhere in the UK.

We have famous names that appear in all the top magazines, but we aren't allowed to advertise the fact! We also have three metre pieces called 'Fents' of fabric that are priced from £6.99 per metre….as well as greatly reduced trimmings and accessories to complete all of those beautifully upholstered projects one starts but needs something to finish it with.

We have moved into a larger shop in South Molton on the square, from where we sell our lovely fabrics and undertake commissions in upholstery, loose covers, headboards...you name it we can do it!....we can accomodate individual jobs to refurbishing whole houses, holiday complexes and hotels, we can come out to measure up and discuss individual requirements and offer advice on colour schemes to suit.

We offer a Curtain and Blind makeup service which are all handmade by our local outworkers therefore supporting local trade. We also have carpet, furniture and Rollerblind suppliers to hand to complete the finished look.
